    This was awesome. Thank you! I did this AFTER your 10 min bicep burn because today was my “arm” day but didn’t have time for more than 20 minutes to get it done. One question-on the plank move, should you feel it in the arm that is on the mat? That was the one move I wasn’t familiar with and what I should be feeling! 🥰

      Yay! So glad you liked it! Sounds like a 🔥🔥 20 minutes! You would feel it in both arms - you would feel it more in the triceps for the arm that’s moving, but you need both arms to help stabilize you, so they’re both working 💪 I hope that helps!

    Her videos are so great and she s doing a very good job…..
    You can do the exercises with not so much space at home and you don’t Need too much Equipment…..

    Great combo after today 30 min upper body. It went by so fast except for the standing alt extension OMG. Happy to have been able to keep the same weights but man it burned 🥵🔥.

    W🔥W just what I was looking for 💪🏼 🥵 I’m new to you channel and I’m loving your 10 minute but definitely effective workouts 😮‍💨😮‍💨 I do Tri’s but wow these are amazing and so glad I was able to do it w 10 pounds weight 🥵🔥🥵 thank you 🙏🏼 my tri’s really need it..     This workout by itself looks like a piece of cake but performing it after today’s reverse pyramid upper body workout is just sweet torture 🌶🔥🥵. I mean wow.
    This is the first time since I have started training with you that my arms were shaking after both sessions. Who needs a gym membership when we have you ???

    New to working out, so many videos are really intimidating to beginners (who then push too hard and either give up or hurt themselves) and this was a great arm workout! I was able to do all of the moves without any issue and it was a nice blend of standing and mat work. The only move I couldn’t see clearly was the supported skull crusher - was your other hand just supporting your elbow? It was kind of hard to see with the angle. I was a bit nervous having a 5lb weight so close to my face (hence the name I guess? Lol!) so that’s what I did jjst for a bit more control. 😅😊
