Hi Vera, it's my first time with you! I loved this shoulder workout! 👍It was just what I wanted to add on to my 40-minute biceps and triceps strength workout. Now I feel like I got a complete upper-body workout. This was really great for burning out those shoulders, very intense! 🔥
Two things I really liked about this workout - the focus on rotation, and the alternate arm moves, which allows me to try using a slightly heavier weight (in fact I often do alternate arms anyway when using heavier weights, so it was nice to see a workout that actually factored that it!)
