    Today's workout
    Again whether you're a beginner , intermediate or advanced this will work for you as you can pick and choose weights that work you for your level
    You can also choose to run through it just the once , or a couple of times if you need a deeper burn
    A truly flexible tricep workout
    All you will need here is a selection of 2-3 varying weights of dumbbells and your bodyweight for a couple of the exercises
    I am using a bench for some of these. But if you do not have a bench , a chair or sofa will work also
    Again what we are doing here is...
    10 exercises in total
    40 seconds on
    20 seconds in between to get ready for the next exercise
    Again how many reps you fit in in each 40 secs will depend on the individual and what weight you're using.
    This is a perfect workout for those in a hurry , whether it's first thing in the morning or on your lunch break.
    And if you feel you have more in the tank and need more. Then why not simply rewind it back and go another pap through. Your biceps will be screaming after that

    You are a great coach. I've been following your workouts for past 6 months. I had burned a ton of fat and build muscle mass which I never thought I would have. I couldn't believe I had put on these much muscles with just body weight and a pair of 15# and 22# of dumbbells. But the problem is I could work with only one dumbbell at a time if I'm using 22# dumbbells because I have only one. But anyway what are the weights of those dumbbells. I'm waiting for your next 30-45 minutes RUclips boot camp just like you did before. Thank you so much sir. I'm 18 and I can do more.

    This was a great finisher, after the rehabilitative (lighter than normal) chest workout I did today. Focusing on form and mobility over sheer mass today. Thanks Zeus!

    another great one thanks Grant. I'm picking complementary muscle groups (ex biceps & triceps) and doing one in the morning and one at night - - any reason I wouldn't want to do that? Mainly its for stress reduction and to build some mass, but I am going quite light to prevent injuries.

    Not sure what I am doing wrong...I can't get tricep dips to burn or feel fatigued...what's the most common mistakes?

      Really , Damn these are what prob burn me the most! Be sure to keep your back close to the bench or chair, what ever you’re using and upright and keep the elbows in tight! Really squeeze the triceps
