    In today's video what we are doing here is putting 10 minutes on the clock and working our way through 10 exercises for the 10 minutes without stopping.
    If you're a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you're more advanced bump up that weight.
    You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 10 minute pump and burn from home or the gym
    This is just the start of no repeat dumbbell workouts. We will be planning on doing more advanced ones that will include , 15 , 20 and 30 minute workouts. Trust me those ones will be tough
    But this is to just get your started. Again if you're ready for more and need it now. Repeat the video over again and make it a 20 minute workout or alternatively seeing its a no repeat workout , bump up that weight
    Again this is just to get us started and to let everyone of any fitness level start and give it a go

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Thank you! 27 yo mom here trying to get my body healthy again. I've done alot of cardio and have gone done from 227 to 190. Trying to learn how to do weights now as I've heard it's good for hormones. The 10 lbs had my arms like noodles 😂

    This has become one of my favorites. I like the one minute no rest and even a timer to see how we doing. I just do it a few times for more impact if I haven’t done much else. Love this concept.

      Intense but rewarding and each workout only 20 mins a day , 5 days a week for 4 weeks . Full beginners structured program 👌

    Excellent workout, haven't seen the pec crossover before,so that's something new and different,plus I haven't exercised for a long time, have put on a lot of weight and was looking for precisely something like this to ease me back in and that I can scale up on, perfect timing,thank you!

    This is the best workout I’ve found on RUclips for a beginner as no repeat sets so can use it as high intensity and do enough reps to fail on each exercise. Good coverage of exercises too with an exercise for legs, ABS, plus deadlift, rows, chest and shoulder press, biceps and triceps. A lot of vids miss some of these out. Also a beginner can do all of the exercises with a light weight. Some vids include press ups but if you are weak and overweight you probably can’t do proper press ups so glad to see these missed out. Top video. You do likely need some dumb bells with different weight though. Maybe 5kg for the easier exercises and 10kg for the deadlift and chest press.

    Awesome video! Simple, no repeats, great for beginners. I especially love the focus on time rather than reps. Other channels tell you a video is for beginners and then go crazy fast to meet a count in a short period rather than let you do what you can.

    First time I've done one of your workouts, really enjoyed this as a quick burner before work. I had to trade the lunges for squats as my knees are shot, but otherwise loved this. The direction, tips and reminders to engage are always appreciated - it's amazing what you don't realise you're doing until you correct it!

    This is a really nice video!! I felt the burn the full way through. I’m only starting out with 8 lbs as a 120 pound female, but Im gonna strive for heavier weights in the next few weeks!

    Love this...I'm 66 yrs young...work out six days/wk....doing shorter 10 to 15 min workouts several times a day seems to be best for me....this one as well as some of your longer versions works perfectly for me!!! Thanks much!!!

    This is an EXCELLENT work-out routine. It is easy to follow, well-described, and decent music, The trainer instructs all the steps at a pace that is easy to follow. I think I am going to be addicted to this dumbbell exercise collection and trainer!

    First workout I've done with the channel - definite sub. Great workout, good selection of moves, clear and calm guidance (a lot of instructors actually forget to guide during moves of what to and what not to do), and a couple of moves I've not done before that I'll enjoy brushing up on. Adding this routine to my regular workout pattern. :)
