    I started working out to your toning dumbbell workout a few months ago. I couldn't let this quarantine cause me to put on a bunch of weight. Coupled with a change in my diet, and adding a complete vitamin regimen, I have lost 29 lbs since March. I see real results in my upper body and legs. The only area I needed some additional help with was my spare tire. It is amplified now that my chest and shoulders are tightening up. Just did this ab workout for the first time this morning. I am already sore, and expect that this will help me reach my ultimate goal to lose 50 lbs and finally find the defined abs that have eluded me my whole life. I just hit the subscribe button, and look forward to seeing what next video gets me closer to my goals. Thank you for the videos and the motivation! You really have helped me change my life!

    Brilliant, I really enjoy no repeats workout. I’m cherry picking from your videos at the moment after completion of the shred and absolute abs. I’m looking forward to seeing what other courses you’ll be doing in the fall and winter. Keep up the great work Zeus !!!! I’m seeing really good results so I’m reluctant to slow down my momentum.

    Hello grant love the vids there super good... Just wondering if you could do or recommend me some good leg band workout for running.. I'm trying to improve my endurance and stamina

      Honestly, if you're trying to improve endurance and stamina, I'd get out and run, long and slow, increasing a little each week. Over time, you can pick up the pace.

    Hey Grant loved this routine.. Just been reading about anti movement and anti flexion core exercises, I think the 1/2 Get Up, side plank and leg raises are good examples of those. Would love to see an entire routine dedicated to Anti-Movement, trying to get strong enough to do a human flag on a pole..

    Frikin' ads during side plank, didn't even notice and held it for longer waiting ans wondering why a minute is so long! Happened again during plank but I was wise to it this time!

    this was a nice, quick ab/core burner. used 7.5# and will likely increase weight next time i try this one 12/8/21

      Try and find what works for you! It's won't take much at all! Start light and if you feel you can do more add a little bit the next time you do it maybe even start with like 3kg

    More weight abs exercise please and coach tell me best protein powder for women which available in Pakistan my age is 32 I never use before any protein powder but I think I if I want muscle I use this protein

      You do not need protein powder if you get enough protein from your meals, you should have protein within every meal, for example chicken, meat, tuna, eggs and other healthy food

      @@amnaamjad6396 remember, your diet is way more important than working out. If you want to lose weight you should be in a caloric deficit, which means you should eat around 300 calories less than what you usually do and if u wanna gain mass then +300 to what you usually eat. Working out builds muscles while the diet makes you lose fat to show the muscles :) have a great day!
