  • Todays zeus fitness video is a killer 15 Minute Ab Workout No Repeat using dumbbells for some added resistance. I love adding dumbbells to my ab workout. Just gives that extra burn and results. Again sticking with the no repeat workout you guys are loving and making this 15 Minute no repeat abs workout
    Same as before , we are hitting 15 exercises non stop working our way through them without repeating any
    Trust me 15 mins is all it will take as those abs will be fried
    You wont need a crazy heavy weight for this , you're only looking to add a little extra resistance to shock those abs
    So grab your light dumbbells and let's give this a smash

    Brilliant workout , no bad things about it … I unfortunately torn my abdominal by using a to heavy weight but my fault x

    I fractured a bone in my foot, have been in a boot for 4 weeks and just been advised another 3 weeks. I'm doing your upper body and ab workouts to keep me from going stark raving mad!!

    Another great video.. love the videos bro so so helpful love doing these especially after a run. I always like to do a 15 min no repeat WK out

      This is my first week of doing the boot camp and it hurt until yesterday however I am going to do this ab workout today 💯

    Hi from LA. Good workout. I liked how most of these exercises were new (compared to earlier videos) and that there weren't any repeats. (It helped me to have two different dumbbells handy.) Thank you - keep 'em coming!

    I loved the dark warning at the start hahah it truly was necessary. I'll do 3 of your ab workouts in a row and see what tomorrow's me has to say about it 😂

    Hey Grant... what weight are you using pls? similar to upper body non stop workout 4-7kg for a 72kg male?.... cheers

      This was 7kg. Yeah start light and see how you get on. You can always come back to it again and up with weight a little if needed but with the ab workouts you won't need crazy weight at all 👍
