15 Min Home Shoulder Workout | With DUMBBELLS

  • Back at the Home Dumbbell HIIT series with this 15 Min Shoulder Workout At Home. As the title suggest and the same with all these workouts , this will only take 15 mins , a little space at home and a couple of light dumbbells

    Now I suggest going light with this workout as trust me , shoulders are one muscle group that burn out FAST. Especially with this HIIT format with very little rest between working sets.
    Or if you want to go a little heavier, make sure you have some lighter weights on stand by as you may quickly need to drop the weight as the workout goes on.
    A great wee workout for smashing those shoulders when you are super short on time.
    Again we will be doing 3 exercises back to back , 20 secs on , 10 seconds rest and doing that 4 times before switching to 3 different exercises and repeating the process

    Really enjoyed this, thanks Grant. I found myself correcting some bad habits I'd acquired, appreciate the tips. Especially like the "keep em light do em right" mantra. Will take that back to the gym with me when it reopens. Thanks for bringing a bit of sunshine to a rainy Manchester morning.

    an excellent shoulder burner right here. i used 15s the entire time and it was the exact right weight. i love these tabata/hiit type workouts that really burn. and again, really enjoy how much it is helping my grip & forearm strength.

    Revisiting this workout that I first did four months ago . Having done this workout for two weeks (with a text day in between each ) . I still felt the burn on the first lap , and yet I did notice a difference in that my arms , and shoulders in particular don't feel like wet spaghetti at the end . Thank you so much ,as always to Grant and Zeus fitness. Awesome stuff , cheers 🦾♥️

    Awesome shoulder workout grant.. just what was needed as only had limited time this morning but even your 15 mins was harder then the 30 mins I'd usually do in local gym.. was worried using lighter weights might not work as effective but It really did..keep up the marvellous work grant.

    Thank you! I only have light weights and was scared I would love muscle not being able to lift heavy and I actually feel better using the lighter weights! I wish everyone would watch these videos of you to stop perpetuating the myth you HAVE to use heavy weights to get a burn! Thanks!

    Would you say these “light weight workouts” are better for toning? Am I gaining the same amount of muscle mass as if I were going to lift heavier doing less reps?

    Using light dumbbells and with certainty,I felt the burn on the first set had to push to finish the workout , but I did it . Shoulders are now toasted and yet, I feel great ! 👍🤘

    I killed my shoulders today. I did boot camp day 3 for the second time and it killed my shoulders as it was a shoulder shocker and it was not xpress so it was intense followed by another 15 minutes shoulder workout followed by this. Thanks Zeus.

    Loved this workout. Burnt the same amount of calories as during your 25 minute workouts! However, I wish these HIIT editions included more stretching (like the Thrive in 25 series)!

    why are side raise so hard? I have made good improvements with all the other shoulders raises but the side one I am still struggling!!!!

      Just a killer exercise. Don’t worry I find them rough also. But with this exercise don’t be stressing about going heavy , going lighter with this and doing it right will be ten times better than trying to go too heavy and swinging into them.
