15 min Dumbbell Push Workout At Home (chest, shoulders & triceps)

  • In todays Zeus Fitness workout we are doing a Dumbbell Push Workout At Home. This will target the chest , the shoulders and the triceps
    So what is a push workout. Well it is exactly that. Exercises that involve pushing movements. Pushing yourself or pushing weight away from you
    The same way a pull workout would be pulling things towards you or pulling up which we will do in another workout
    But for a dumbbell push workout it will mainly target the chest, shoulders & triceps
    For this workout we will be doing 2 exercises per muscle group , each exercise will be performed 10 times and we will repeat that lap 3 times
    This should only take around 15 minutes. But with no breaks trust me thats all it will take
    As we are just concentrating on the 3 body parts today in this push workout , I would say you can try and up your weights being lifted if possible for an even tougher workout

    I appreciate all the tips you give in between the workouts, it gives me extra time to breathe! Crazy how tough this is, perfect workout for me in the morning with limited time.

    this one was brutal! you said go a bit heavier so i used 25s the 1st round and realized "nope, not gonna be able to do that all 3 rounds!" so i switched to 20s for round 2 and then had to drop to 15s for final lap. my triceps are trashed now. love it!

    gosh darn was this one tough. i did 1st round with 22.5 dumbbells, but realized quickly that i needed to drop down for last 2 sets. went down to 15s for 2nd & 3rd sets. my triceps were absolutely fried. love how great a workout i get with these in just 12-15mins.

      Awesome and good lifts. Yes if you have the weights available to go up and down you can still get a killer workout in in 15 mins 👍

    That was brutal with heavier weights, switched to lighter ones half way through and could still barely lift by the end 😂😭

    I've been loving this series, kicking my butt in the best way. Just curious, any recommendations for workout shoes? I train at home and usually just go barefoot, but it's hard to remain stable on some moves.

    This KILLS *legit had to stop halfway for like a ten minute break😅*. I would just adjust my dumbells but there is weight just right😔 Love the workout though👍😎

    I'm dead. I couldn't get to 10 on the second and third pike push up set. I reduced the weight in the third round for all the assets. That was a monster Grant

      Good man , nothing wrong with having to drop the weights to get your through! Gives you something to aim for when you come back to do it again! That’s where you can see progress and yes like push ups are stinky haha

    Hello brother! Insane workout! But I have a question : Its this 15mn workout is enough for a Push workout? (I was doing a PPL x2 at the gym before this current lockdown)

      Really depends on the individual and the weight being used. If it doest feel enough for you, by all means bump up that weight or if that isn't possible, repeat the workout again and turn into a 30 min routine 👌

    Not enough rest time to switch positions and dumbbells. I lost count rewinding at least 8 times. Workout was more like 24 min not 14....but liked it. Not enough time between though for me

    how are you doing this without resting?
    I'm taking between 1 and 2 minutes between exercise to even catch some breath, and I considered myself in pretty good shape.. I was wrong

    What kg dumbbell are you using? Also are those the social "fitnessing" barriers that are the future if gyms? Gyms have already opened stateside.
