  • Back to the new 10 Min series guys with a 10 Min Shoulder No Repeat Dumbbell Workout and oh boy it burnssss🔥
    The shoulders really don't take long to feel that burn and this 10 min no repeat dumbbell workout will hit the spot
    Whether you are a complete beginner , intermediate or even you advanced guys. You will not believe the INSANE burn this workout will give those shoulders in just 10 minutes
    Beauty is this works with even light weights. Trust me , a few sets in you will be thankful for those lighter weights.
    Your shoulders will be screaming after this one
    Just like with the previous dumbbell workouts in this series , what we are doing is...
    10 exercises in total
    40 seconds on
    20 seconds in between to get ready for the next exercise
    Again how many reps you fit in in each 40 secs will depend on the individual and what weight you're using.
    This is a perfect workout for those in a hurry , whether it's first thing in the morning or on your lunch break.
    And if you feel you have more in the tank and need more. Then why not simply rewind it back and go another pap through. Your biceps will be screaming after that

      I took the plunge and got this! I want to say thank you for your RUclips workouts. I was in a slump, I put on weight, and stopped exercising. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I took care of her and worked at the same time, so I didn’t make time to workout. Now I can and I started up again regularly two weeks ago and I’m already feeling better. In fact my shoulders are toast because I did this after one of your 30 minute death workouts 😂

      @@MM-qb5dxHi. I’m an oncology nurse. How are you doing? Your post was a year ago and I’m wondering how treatment is going. As far as putting on weight, anything with protein (I like premier protein shakes if you are having trouble eating) and healthy fats like avocados, nuts, peanut or almond butter, eggs, dark chocolate. I hope you’re doing as well as you can all things considered. 💛

    Likewise my shoulders are burning ( in a good way of course ) . I also want to acknowledge the music choice . I really like it 👍🎶 good music choice always helps consistency I find especially with harder workouts or routines ones where I have to push myself . Thank you as always .

    Went back to this quick shoulder burner but upped weight from 17.5# to 20# throughout. Definitely the right weight 9/13/22
