    Today's workout
    Will also work no matter what weight dumbbells you're using so you can really challenge yourself and make this your workout.
    This workout can fit your schedule in so many ways. A perfect one for those in a hurry with not much time. A great morning , lunch or evening workout. As a stand alone workout
    Or a great bolt on for a chest day
    So what we are doing here is...
    10 exercises in total for the chest
    40 seconds on
    20 seconds in between to get ready for the next exercise
    Again how many reps you fit in in each 40 secs will depend on the individual and what weight you're using. So don't worry too much about keeping pace with me. How many reps you do and your pace will depend on the weight being used
    And if you feel you have more in the tank and need more. Then why not simply rewind it back and go another lap through

    Saw this in my feed yesterday and decided to give it a try. Excellent workout! I ended up doing it 3 times and woke up today with the best burn in my chest!

    Having a little trouble with the pinched raises it "pinches" my thumbs 🤣I had to change my grip a bit. Any tips? Lighter weight I guess to reduce pressure? Was my first time through this routine.

      Yes absolutely, very flexible these workouts! You can double each up if you wish for a 20 min chest workout or do the chest and back for example! Get creative 👌
