'15 Minute' Full Body Toning Home Dumbbell Workout

  • Join me today guys for a new 15 Minute Full Body Toning Home Dumbbell Workout
    Our previous 20 minute body toning dumbbell workout was proving so popular we thought we would do another , with some different exercises mixing it up a little so you have a couple of different ones to try and mix up your routine
    *Apologies in advance for the audio issues in the video. Didn't realise till after that our microphone was broken :-(. New mics ordered*
    Like the previous full body dumbbell workout we will be hitting 6 exercises in total for 3 rounds. First round we will be ding 10 reps of each , 2nd round 15 reps and the final round up to 20 reps of each exercise.
    Again you won't need massive weight for this workout. Start with what works for you giving you a great burn and drop the weight if you need to or if you're struggling to complete the sets.
    Exercises - 3 rounds - 10 reps, 15 reps , 20 reps
    Dumbbell deadlift
    Dumbbell hammer curl
    Dumbbell push up
    Dumbbell Skull crusher
    Dumbbell renegade rows
    Dumbbell Pull Over Crunch

    Loving this work out now I have upped my reps to 15-20-25 which is a real killer and I do the skull crushed with slightly elevated legs for that extra bit of burn. Since I started this and your 20 minute dumbbell working on the 1st of june I have shed 20 pounds of weight by cutting out alcohol and all carbs and eating a high fat meal just once a day with a 22 hour fast. I still have quite a bit of fat to burn but I can feel the muscles developing under the blubber so as the fat disappears the muscles will reveal themselves. Thanks again Grant

    Been doing this 5 times a week for a month with 30 minutes on a bike in the morning. I have dropped 15lbs and 2 pant sizes. My muscles are coming back, and the pain in my shoulders is going away from all the push-ups. I'm sure I could do better if I stuck to a better diet.

      Try intermittent fasting. I lost 15 lb in 30 days just doing that. Now adding this.

      @@robanderson3559 you may have to be more specific. While the term, in general, is understood, most ppl don't know how to break it down to daily meal plan, other details, etc. But yes, I'd say intermittent fasting AND HIIT

    Only just found these workouts from Zeus fitness. I've been doing Hasfit for several years so I consider myself quite fit for a 50 year old. This is a nice companion for the training I do and am looking forward to checking out your other routines. Really enjoyed it. Cheers. Thumbs up from me.

    Omg i did this today i used 10lbs loved it that you i wasn't worried about noise just your accent and calmness.thank you for video. Dam for some reason the renegade rows i couldn't do with my right arm so i took the weight out and got work on my squat form. I feeling already. Lol now should i do this Every other day for muscle recovery.

      It's a 4 part real-time dumbbell series! Focusing on different muscle groups Monday through Thursday if you wish to do it like that! You could then do this workout or one of the other full body ones on the channel on a Friday
      Also just added a new full body one the other day, it's the latest video and getting brilliant response and another new one going up tonight 👍💪

    You don’t have to apologize for anything, you masterpiece! If it wasn’t for you I’d be skipping lunges entirely. The way you execute all of your routines so cleanly, really keeps one’s attention. I’m always riveted. I imagine this workout will bring out the agony and ecstasy of DOMS. YES, please!

      Zeus Fitness i am enjoying and learning. The resistance band video really got me going. My bands had been sitting in a box for over 5 years. Never used! Watching your pulldowns and your triceps elongate and contract so beautifully like that..sold. I'm now moving to free weights. I've only watched a handful of your videos but I am very inspired by you. To avoid sensory overload, I'm taking you in slow, Grant.

    For certain sure this workout is going in my regular rotation. Short ,sharp and strong . Ooh boy howdy , did those skullcrushers burn !
    Thank you for giving those variations ,myself still not quite there with push-ups yet , been doing wall push-ups with variations of those then progressing to using the kitchen bench which is a bit lower , did these in this workout on my knees and found that a bit easier so thank you for that variation also .

    I am unable to do the renegade rows since I don't have a pair of hex dumbbells, only the adjustable iron dumbbells. Is it possible to do renegade rows with what I have?

    Just started...but I know I'll be able to fall into routine...so much better than driving to the gym, getting dressed, finding a spot, getting weirded out, moving to another spot and then repeat backwards and drive 20 minutes home.

    I'm super skinny guy and I've been trying to gain weight but it's very difficult for me.. I have now bought couple sets of dumbbells and after watching your videos I want to ask you. If I do this every morning wouldn't I lose my weight more?? :) I hope to build some muscle doing this. Thanks.

    Hi Zeus, i've been loving your vids from a couple weeks now. Im new to all of this and have a question because i really don't know.
    From this and from your other dumbbell video, do they hit the pec/chest area too?!
    If they do wich exercise does that?!

      The push up in this workout will work the chest. Not the other workout. Something I realised after was that we actually forgot to throw in a chest exercise , doh

      You can certainly do plenty with all of this. Going to be doing a few more workouts that can be done at home or in the gym using some minimal equipment like dumbbells , barbell, kettlebells etc. Another vid be up tomorrow :-)

    Question, not a huge fitness guy until now.. should this be done once a day, or twice a day? I work overnights so I have countless hours to do nothing all week.

      You could do as not going crazy heavy with the weights here.

      Relatable. Finding it difficult to do even 1 pushup without struggle. But we will see results the longer we keep it up!

    if you are a beginner DON'T use any weight for crunch exercise! my abs felt like tyson's punching bag for 5 straight days

      4 years later and I am now a beginner, and you're 100% right! My abs have been on fire for 2 days since doing the workout for the first time with a weight! Can't wait to push through it tonight
