    I’m 16, want to lose my belly fat.
    For the month of November I’ve cut out all junk food and doing this workout every day to see what happens.
    I’ll list each days experience as it happens.
    Day #1: felt confident going in, but by the time the burpees hit me I was drenched in sweat, panting and wondering what I’d gotten myself into. Took multiple breaks and could barely keep up with the video. By the end; I’m sore from head to toe and just dead tired.
    Day #2: I forgot to stretch after day #1 so I was WAY too sore to even walk up and down stairs so doing a workout was out of the question.
    Day #3: I did much better this time around, still a little sore from Day #1 but I was not willing to skip working out again. So I sucked it up and started the video; it’s so motivating having the video play, it feels like I’m doing this with someone who encourages me step by step and won’t let me quit. I was very tired by the time the bicycle crunches came along and could barely do them but I did, I still took breaks and I’m a little disappointed in myself for that but it’s only Day #3 and I’m positive that by the end of the month I’ll have burned the excess fat that makes me feel insecure about pool parties and such (not that there are any right now but it’s to the point where I feel uncomfortable around close friends and family). I felt way more confident with how I did today and can’t wait to see what changes I see when I take an “after picture,” I took a before right after Day #1 and can’t wait to compare the two. Well, I’m tired and it’s getting a little late so I’m gonna hop off to bed, see y’all tomorrow! 👋🏻💪🏻
    Day #4: I was at a friends house helping him set up a bench press and workout machine and decided to start my workout, I did half the video there but had to stop because I needed to come home, I ended up procrastinating a bit but finally stopped making excuses and finished the video. I was fairly sore and got very tired very quickly, but found I could still keep up with the video despite all that. My cavs are the most sore muscles right now because of all the active leg based work at the start of the video.
    5th workout day, 13th day of the month: I’ve made more excuses than gains. I lack so much motivation 😡😖😫😤. I can’t keep up with the video, I’ve been eating junk food, and I’m hating how much I’ve let the month slip by. I keep on procrastinating, this month is NOT going as planned. Please pray for me to get my butt in gear and start liking myself.
    6th workout, 14th day of the month: I don’t think I’ve been this sweaty from this workout yet, it’s as if someone dumped a 5 gallon pail over me.
    I actually stopped for a second during the high knees at the start, and my wrists were sore after the close grips (pushups usually make my wrists a bit sore). I’m starting to tone up a bit, and there’s a little more definition when I flex now. The little bit of results I’m seeing is giving me so much motivation it’s insane. Thanks so much!
    7th workout, 15th day of the month: not much different from yesterday, push-ups still made my wrists sore, going from side hops to mountain climbers is easily the hardest transition in this workout with pushups to burpees in second.
    I absolutely STINK and am completely soaked after finishing the workout. First shower (afterwards the workout) since I restarted doing this workout, man did it feel great.
    8th workout, 16th day of the month: took me forever to get started today, I sat on the floor and watched RUclips for an hour before doing the workout. Had to take a couple breaks between sets and also had to pause the video a couple times because I was having trouble keeping up. Still very sweaty after; I don’t think that will ever change, if it does then I know there’s a problem.
    Thanks so much for creating this workout, I know I’ll likely end up saying it again but the small results I’m seeing already makes me SO excited to keep going! I’ll do my best to keep updating this and let you know how it’s going!
    (Had internet issues the past few days so I had to go from memory)
    22nd day of the month: the workouts from memory were not as hard as it was today, not by a long shot. I was sweating like crazy and very short of breath today. But I can’t just stop because if I try to quit I just hear in my head “it wasn’t even 15 minutes, so you can’t tell me that you don’t have time to train, cuz that’s BS and you know it. You can make excuses or you can make gains.” Then I just have this drive to keep going.
    I will totally thank myself years down the road. But for now, thank you Zeus Fitness
    My last few updates I guess didn’t actually stay here, that sucks. I’ve been slack the last two day but got back at it again today (27th day of the month) damn this workout is hard. I am just SOAKED in sweat.
    Hopefully I stop being a wimp and just stick to the workout because I have seriously disappointed myself with how hard it is to motivate myself. I just procrastinate and it’s driving me insane, the worst thing is I can’t make excuses...
    (Phone died so the last updates didn’t save) damn, still a powerful workout. I’m about 1/3 of the way to where I wanna be because of this. It’s been an interesting month to say the least, thank you so much for making such an amazing workout. I may grab one of your other 15 minute workouts for December, who knows. I may even alternate workouts throughout the month. Thanks again!

    That was great, im definitley sweating and panting! I am a 40 lbs over weight mom of a two year old. I stopped at three minutes and said to myself this is too advanced for me...But i read a few comments, saw that it is hard for others too and kept going till the end! Im proud of myself, and excited because that was a great workout in a short time which is what i really need!

      that's the way to do it :-). Great going and attitude. Yes it will be tough at first , but as I always say to people start off at your own pace or a pace that pushes you and then push yourself a little harder each time . In no time you will be smashing it in real time

      Great work Adam. That's the way to do it , everyone has to start somewhere. Take a break if you need it and push yourself a little harder each time , you will find your fitness building in no time

    aggressive dare I say angry Grant.... I like it. it was 2017 but it's now 2022 and its time to keep making gains. 2 mns ago I could not do 5 split squats now I just kept up with your count on all three sets.

      no no , try them all and mix them up daily. Will keep the workouts fresh and different and make your body work in different ways. Otherwise your body will quickly become used to doing the same workout

    it seems a great workout. but I cannot do some of the movements, as I have problem with my left knee. feel pain when jumping, squating, lunges, (bending my knee). it would be greatly appreciated if you can give advise for best workout for people with this condition. thank you.

    Say if you did this for a week or two every morning fasted, would your body get used to it? And if so would you have to do a different set of exercises or am I talking nonsense?

    hello zeus,
    how many times a week would you recommend doing this workout? I work long hours and something like this is so handy for those days I end up working 14 hours plus!

      Hey Ryan. You could be doing workouts like this or other home workouts on the channel 5 times a week. For the bodyweight 15 minute workouts even a couple of times a day when you really build up your fitness. All depends on what workout youre doing. Always good to mix up the workouts to keep them varied

    If I did this every day..will I lose weight...

    But my lower body..is fat...my upper body is not fat.it's good...
