Man i had to keep pausing your video to keep up! I used to work out with your video but i stopped bc i got busy. Now i am starting over again (since this is quarantine week this is my only chance) and i had to stop at 8 mins because if i didnt i'd puke LOL

Awesome John! Yeah I always recommend warming up and cooling down with some stretches before and after a workout! Just don't always do then in the videos to keep the time down! But I've some stretching and warm up vids on the channel if anyone needs to use them 👌
