Intense Full Body Dumbbell Workout Follow Along (15 Min At Home)

  • Todays Zeus Fitness video is an Intense Full Body Dumbbell Workout Follow Along done in just 15 minutes.
    Nearly everybody has a light set of old or unused dumbbells lying about the house. Well its time to whip them out and put them to use as light dumbbells is all you will need of this.
    The perfect Dumbbell workout follow along you can do at home
    The aim of the game here is slow and controlled reps and higher volume with the lighter weight to really get a good burn and maximise the use of the weight
    The dumbbells will help shape and tone your full body
    In this workout we will be hitting 6 exercises in total for 3 sets with the workout getting harder as it progresses. How? As we will be upping the amount of reps per set
    Set 1 - 10 reps
    Set 2 - 12 reps
    Set 3 - 14 reps
    Trust me even with a light weight you will feel a serious burn by the end of this one and burn some calories and fat doing so.
    Beauty is if you need to make the workout harder, you can simply up the weight or add a few extra rounds.

      So outta shape made it 2 the 2nd set on push ups and my arms gave in great full body tho am felling it even after only making it to the 2nd set

    makes such a difference that you do it the full workout too rather than just explain a few exercises and say to do 3 sets of each. Its motivation and form.

      I couldn't agree more!. I try my best to mirror form and timing . I find my self struggling to find the perfect balance of weight to make it through the entire workouts though lol .

    Found your channel recently and am now a fan. No fuss, no unnecessary talking, just a straight forward workout. I add my own warm up and cool down and I’m out the door for work. Love the 15-20 min format too, perfect time length for morning workout. Thank you!

    Started doing your 20 and 15 minute dumbell workouts about 4 weeks ago. I curse you after every one but they really do produce results. Thanks for producing something in an achievable format that gives positive benefits quickly. Great work.

    I started out about two months ago doing your 20 minute full body toning home dumbell workout and it was murder the first few times using 5lb dumbells and finally worked up to 10lb and doing them fairly easy now. Decided to do this workout today and you've kicked my butt again. I had to pause for about 30 seconds before doing the push ups but i finished. Changed my diet on 12/21/18 at 273 lbs and walking/running on treadmill 2 miles per day. 3/16/19 I'm 229lbs. Thanks for the help.

      @@TheZeusFitness wanted to give you an update...after my comment 10 months ago I kept up with a couple of your and some others workout routines and was doing great until about July when I discovered I had an inguinal hernia. I had to stop most excercising but kept up with my diet. By the time I had surgery in December I was down to 173 lbs. After a month I was back on the treadmill and am back to walking around 2 to 3 miles a day. Tonight I finally got out my dumbells and completed this workout and managed to get through it albeit with just 8 lb weights. Looking forward to working my way back up. By the way I'm maintaining between 171 to 175 lbs right now. That's 100 lb loss in a little less than a year. Thanks for putting out your videos and all of your help.

    Hell of a workout. I’m looking to get more fit for golf this year. This is the best workout for me so far. I did the 20 minute one last week and that one was a good pace one to start out with. This one seemed more intense and I LOVE it!!! Great job and keep the videos coming!

    Loved it! one of my biggest problems is not wanting to speed hours working out but want results from doing something!! First time doing this one - feeling it in my ab muscles right afterwards!! This ones a keeper!

    I started your 20 minute full body w/ dumbbells two weeks ago today along with Keto. I’ve lost seven lbs so far. My next weigh-in is Sunday. Your workouts really make me sweat. Thanks for giving me hope that I can be active and feel better about my fitness goals. Your instructions are very easy to follow. It also helps that you’re really hot and I adore your accent.

    Are 2 dumbbells of 15 Kgs( 2×15= 30 Kgs total) workout is enough to build a lean

    6'2", 175 lb, 35 year old guy. it took 4 months to fully do this workout session with 8lb dumbbells. well i lost 10lb, and gained tiny little biceps muscles. but feel way stronger then i used to be. thanks for the video. should i continue doing the same exercises?

      It's hard right!!!!! I am a CARDO WHORE LOL and so I wanted to build some muscle... I'm 57 and weigh 111lbs .. I started at 3lbs, and quickly went to 5lbs and I waited a while before I tried 8lbs.. I finally thought OK, I'm ready for 8lbs now... So I started about 3 weeks ago on the 8lbs and holy moly... it's hard My word... but I can do it!!! I cannot lie. It's pretty dam hard!!! I don't know how much he's holding but my word... I don't know how long it's going to take to go to 10lbs... I may be broken in half by then LOLOLOL...

    Should I do these exercises, every day or do I need to rest like every other day, please respond and thanks for the video, I'm feeling the burn

      For this every other day so your muscles can have a rest and repair. Especially if youre upping the weight over time. Could always hit a fat burning workout or some other exercise on in-between days. Depends on your workout routine really
