  • Today's Zeus Fitness video is a 30 minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout At Home Follow Along. As I did with the previous 1 hour workout , I have stitched together here 3 popular and very tough 10 minute workouts to create a 30 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout At Home.
    You guys loved them stitched together to create a longer non stop full body workout so I thought I would do it again with this one. Compiling of 10 Minutes of Full body exercises working every muscle group , 10 minutes of compound movements again working each muscle group but also working on your core stability and finishing off with 10 minutes of weighted Abs to really finish you off
    Creating all in all one killer non stop 30 minute full body dumbbell workout.

    I applaud this talented young man. He always completes one full motion even though timer dings and he switches hat backwards and forwards like I could never do.

    Hi guys. I just stumbled upon this channel. I’m a 38 year old dad with 2 kids, a wife, and a job. I’m busy, BUT I can definitely squeeze in 20-30 minutes every other day for a pump. Thanks for the vids!

      Maybe every other day Jim depending on the weight used and how your body and muscles are feeling etc. If feeling sore or the muscles need recovery miss a day. Really depends on a few factors 👍

      Try the workout my friend. He's lifting 20lbs and no doubt it will HURT LOL. I only lift 8lbs and YIKES, after so many reps, it HURTS LOL!

    Thanks for another great session☺️ 👍🏼 Can I ask probably a stupid question.. is it better to go heavier with not so great form and feel the burn or lighter and good form ? My tricep weight I can’t seem to break the 4kg mark and bicep 5kgs.

      Lisa if you do heavier weights and poor form, thats a recipe for injury.. Grant always says do it light and do it right

      Yes go light and do it right. If you're going too heavy you will often find other muscle getting involved or you will be swinging into exercise just to get them up resulting in the muscle you want worked not really doing much work at all
      Try going with the heavier weights you are wanting for a few reps to up until your form starts to go then drop back down to the weight you can perform the reps and sets at for the remaining reps
      If you can only manage 3 good reps with the higher weight, go with 3 then drop to the lighter weight, the next time try 4 reps drop to the lighter weight

      Absolutely, any weight workout will burn calories but these ones on the channel especially. Lighter but pretty much non stop and movements using a lot of muscle groups will be a great calorie burner also

    Hi Zeus, I have questions so this will be a bit long and wasn't sure where to go. I was referred to you by my son who is trying to get bigger. I have definitely seen an improvement in his upper body. I am wanting to loose weight though and I know that building muscle helps accomplish that faster. I have a cardio routine that I follow, check. I have a lower body routine that I follow, check. However, I do not have an upper body routine. Which of your videos should I be looking at and for how long (meaning days a week/ how many weeks etc.) do I follow for results? Remember, I want to loose weight and tone not bulk up.

      8kg, won't take crazy weight for these types of workouts! Start light, do it right as I like to say! Even with lighter weights these will burn 💪
