I've been trying to get in shape for a while but keep failing due to lack of motivation. But just completed this workout, and now I am sweating buckets 🥵 Hopefully, I will keep up with this now. I really need to lose weight. Pray for me.
if you want to lose weight track ur calories and eat below maintenance go for long walks to burn calories if you wanna build muscle go to the gym and lift heavy weight while eating high protein and pushing to failure and resting long enough u shouldnt follow this workout its not good for hypertrophy strength and there is no rest in between so if u use a weight thats too heavy ur gonna reach failure mid workout and than be unable to continue and if u use one too light thats just endurance training this workout is not good

I have gone through 4 different workout in last 4 months. This is definitely the most effective. I took 3 one min breaks in between the legs, shoulders and chest sections. Its brutally exhausting and I love it. Will work on this till I do not need those additional breaks. Thanks bro!
I like how even he gets exhausted from time to time but then keeps on pushing. Makes him seem more human than other fitness RUclipsrs. I would love a full body dumbbell exercise workout that also targets the abs. Anyways, thanks for the workout Chris Hemsworth!
Just finished on my break at work. Had to improvise and do the squats without weights, but still worked up a sweat by the end. Used bands for a lot of the other exercises. I guess I need to bring weights to work! Love the 30 min workouts.

@@simplyaasian7176 nope, I don't think you can tell by a phot, but i've measured my waist, went from 86 cm to 83 cm and gained almost 1 kg from 63.3 kg to 64.2 kg, for the moment that's a good enough improvement
I did this workout yesterday. I seriously wanted to quit a quarter of the way in but just kept going. 💪🏼 I had to use 15lb weights but damn, by end end of this workout those 15lbs felt like 50lbs😂. I just subscribed, and can’t wait to try out the other workouts.
This was brilliant. I only had half an hour to train today, and wanted a good strength session which would also get me sweating. This definitely did the trick! Feel so grateful that we get this free.

Every workout you've posted is on point! This one is no exception. Lots of shoulder work was just what I needed. I was sweating for a solid 20 mins after. Keep up the amazing work!
@@simplyaasian7176 Gained about 8kg weight (77kg now), strenght and endurance have improved a lot. Results are starting to show, a good eating pattern+consistency in training have been key for me. Now prepping to join the military.
@@simplyaasian7176 I try to sport atleast 2/3 days with 1(or 2 depending on how i feel) days of rest inbetween each day of sporting. Not really following a strict schedule since i have a lot of free time. Times vary aswell, sometimes its in the morning sometimes in the evening, really depends on your days. If your looking for professional advice you should go to a sporting center nearby, big chance that they can make a personal plan with you. Might I ask, what is your goal/and what are you training at the moment?
Awesome workout. Not sure if it was the workout or me but I was gassed at the 56% mark. Those pushups at the end were brutal. I was afraid I was going to drop the weight on the final triceps exercise. Keep em coming.
