Amazing workout! I came to RUclips for a dumbbell workout. With my kids home for summer, it's hard to get into the gym. I used -15-25 lb dumbbells throughout the workout. I did have to pause the video a few times to catch my breathe. I ended up burning 350 calories! The sweat was real! Best at home workout yet! Thank you so much! Instant fan!

I found this video in my work out notebook, I did it exactly one year ago, with a 10kg (22Lb) kettlebell and cannot finish it and even threw up ( I was 20Kg (44Lb) overweigh and weak) reading and seing this, today I did it again with a 16Kg(32Lb) kettlebell, and Oh boy, felt like just a warm-up I could easily double the session, made me really proud of myself

Just found you guys and started subscribing 👌 love the fact that you out what weight you're using and the pace is perfect. I'll admit the only way I could keep up was rocking my 15lb's and 25 lb's at heaviest
What i love about this is that I clocked in 400+ calories by doing this. Provided that i wasnt able to finish all the exercises esp the ones at the end. If I did it may really reach 500 calories
I couldn’t do the very last one. My thighs are in bits and it’s been 6 hours hours since I did it. This’ll be my go to 3x’s a week from now on. Brilliant

Ok, so I just started HIIT exercising and this was my first. Used 8lb dumbells. My legs turned to jello! and I could barely walk out the curtsy move. I made it through the end as best as possible. Would you recommend I just keep on doing this routine 5 days a week until I nail it?
The more you workout and do hiit in general, the more strength and endurance you will build. If you are doing to do hiit, they recommend 2-4 days a week. 👍🏽

Found your channel about a month ago and happy I did. I enjoy your workouts. For the past two days I have missed the workouts due to my work schedule. So I was thinking today what workout should I do? Legs, upper body or abs, Hey how about this 30 min. HIIT workout with dumbbells'. Obviously I missed the "killer" part in the title. I did this workout using 30 lbs and 20 lbs dumbbells'. I was thinking there was going to be a 40 second break in between a set so I kept going. That pushed me to complete this workout on time. Great HIIT workout. I will continue to come back to this one. I also like the no repeat type of workouts, because it keeps my mind fresh and willing to take on a new challenge. I appreciate the work you are giving us.

Did this for the first time yesterday, I was doing the Apple Fitness + but after a while they were all too easy. This is no faff and hard hard work, I was only using 10lbs and was destroyed… loved every minute - thanks Dan. Will try to build up to the big 30 🙈
Was doing 30 for a little while and I fell like I wanted to go up one more time. Went to 40. Don’t quite recommend that unless ya take it at your own pace as you get stronger. But I doubt I will move on from 40. That ridiculously heavy.
It looks great. One question please: I am pretty new to the workout and youtube playlists. It looks like the videos don't start with a warmup and don't finish with a cooldown (stretching). but i was told it is important to do both before and after. Hey how many calories did u burn doing this just wondering?just to get a rough estimate of how many I’d burn
dont count calories , just eat lest or make a caloric deficit
