Incredible how it feels at the end, every muscle worked out, I think and every pore in the body getting its workout with all the sweat. This will be the first of many go-to’s for 30 mins workouts, I would bookmark to do for sure. Such a range of exercises, absolutely loved it. This was a fun workout and there was a lot of varieties to keep up with engagement. The only exercise that became repetitive was the squat into a cross jab, but it can easily be replace with a variation. My variation was a sumo squat into a uppercut or a hook.
Great workout!!! Enjoyed it thoroughly. Had to take a break though at about 20 mins.
Another killer workout for me…the push-up pulses was killing me….but I did survive til the end of the video. Love your cool down session, it’s like medication to me, thank you for making such a great workout video there 👍👍👍💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

only thing: for the stretches / cooldown to have an effect, you should hold them longer. I could barely get into each position when the beep came and I had to change.
I've done other 30min HIIT Tabata workouts, this is an absolute killer. Enjoyable but absolute killer. Past the 75% mark I was about to puke water

Thanks Dan for the really well designed workout, I really enjoyed the movements. Some were a little difficult to get the hang of my first time (like the alternating squat ones) but overall I felt my muscles took a good beating and the stretches at the end were really nice to have as well.
