Just found your channel and these hardcore hiit videos. Done a couple of them now and will definitely do any other hardcore hiit I found (added them all on my workout playlist)! You keep simple stuff interesting from start to finish and I keep wanting to really push myself through the different exercises. Thank you!
7 minutes in I was dead, by 15 minutes I was thinking how the hell will I finish this. And then 30 minutes popped up l finished😂 I don't know how.
I can't expect more of how a hiit workout could probably be but this one is extraordinary. Thank you for making such a video, I would probably stick with you in the far far more future.
