Great workout, loved the variation in the exercises. I did find the 20 seconds rest felt too long between sets so I simply rested for 10 seconds only and added the last 10 second rest to the next exercise in the series (10 second rest, 30 second workout). Got a great sweat going on and felt the burn the whole way through!

Static Lunge Foot Forward , Curtsy Lunge + Staggered Squat, Commando + 2X Plank Jacks, Standing Cross Crunch, Switch Climbers Frog Extensions these are extreme burner.. feeling so good to have this pain back in my body.. once again thank you so much sir for helping us in saving our medical expenses ;)

Hey! I love your workouts, have 1 thing to say though. For 20sec intervals 20secs rests are too long. Just what I felt. But your contents are great! I modify them to 30-10 intervals to get the heart beat fast
Sometimes I don’t stop doing the exercise at 20’’ but start the next exercise at the time. Except for burpees :) 20x20 is a good setting if you choose for the “light” training

Haha. Thanks my friend! If you’re looking to add mass you could lift heavier and slow down your movements. More time under tension. Also, your nutrition will play a huge role in bulking.

I like your 30 minute cardio no equipment workouts. I do least 1 per week. Is there a difference between burpee chest to ground and burpee push-up?
