    Great workout, loved the variation in the exercises. I did find the 20 seconds rest felt too long between sets so I simply rested for 10 seconds only and added the last 10 second rest to the next exercise in the series (10 second rest, 30 second workout). Got a great sweat going on and felt the burn the whole way through!

    The 20 seconds exercise and 20 seconds rest option is very nice. So I was able to do this without stopping the video because of too much intensity. I am very thankful to you for the free Workouts. 🙏🏽🔥💯

    I like your 30 minute cardio no equipment workouts. I do least 1 per week. Is there a difference between burpee chest to ground and burpee push-up?

    Hey! I love your workouts, have 1 thing to say though. For 20sec intervals 20secs rests are too long. Just what I felt. But your contents are great! I modify them to 30-10 intervals to get the heart beat fast

      Sometimes I don’t stop doing the exercise at 20’’ but start the next exercise at the time. Except for burpees :) 20x20 is a good setting if you choose for the “light” training

    *To make this workout more challenging… I made a little tweak on it. Instead of the 20-20 cycle I did 30 sec exercise - 10 sec rest. I kid you not, it was exhausting yet satisfying!🥴💪🏼*

      Depends on effort/output and some other factors. For me, I typically burn around 400 cals in a 30 min HIIT workout.
