I haven't been able to do a push-up in all my years of working out (5 years about) HOWEVER, since I started doing your workouts I've gotten closer to doing a full push-up! Today I got all the way to the floor with control. Now I just need to figure out how to get back up with control 😂
That’s amazing. Great job!!! If you want to master the push up the you can work on a progression. Try this. Do wall push ups and focus on your form. Once you have that down, move further from the wall, keeping good form. Then progress to an elevated push up using a bench or chair or counter. Then move to the ground and do push ups on your knees - again, good form. Then finally, move to standard push ups. You got this!!!
First time a 40 minutes workout with you. This is brilliant. 10 minutes more time for abs I think so in comparison with other 30 minutes full body workouts. Could not finish all exercises without an extra break but this was so cool, smooth and fast so I will come back for sure to finish it.

I do not go to the gym but ever since I start d to do your exercises my body transformed totally like a person that goes to the gym. Thank you so much for your dedication and super exercises that helps those of us that can't afford the gym fees with a transformed gym body.

@@TIFFxDAN results are aweosme, I lost a 2.5kgs in a month now. Feel more firmer, lighter and energetic.. I always struggled with upper body strength which has tremendously improved.. I guess a week of your program is left and then I thought of doing it all over again with increasing the intensity with weights.. Any tips /guidelines/thoughts!? 😊😊

This was such a solid workout! I had left knee pain so I thought of skipping today, but I'm so glad I didn't because there were no high impact knee exercises! Feel so good now!

My body has changed so much already and I'm only at the beginning of week 5. I haven't lost a pound but literally look like a different human being already. I eat a lot of chicken and rice lol. Truly have just gained muscle and am transforming my fat. it took years to become this and only weeks to start changing it and I am in it for the long haul lets go. Started at 168 and i'm still 168 sounds small but on a 5'6 frame it's not what I want to see.
I follow your channel since last october, very great. I train with you 2 times a week, every time through a different video. I think it is a good complement to many sport, running, bike, triathlon, etc... Nice music too, I get real fun!

Presume you were talking about the pulse push ups, if so yes I just did 15 pulse push ups and was holding for 5-8 seconds and repeating
