    Hi, my name is Tanya, and I came across you by chance when I decided to take up sports... I'm 38 years old and I've never used to do sports until now. The first video I found was 30 min of cardio...you know that from the 4th time I managed to follow it all. Today, after 1 month of daily training (except Thursdays and Sundays) I was already able to follow this 50 min training. Of course, sometimes I feel tired during the exercises where I have to jump, I do them without jumping, but I can already see the results... my husband bombards me with compliments😊. Thank you so much for your work❤

    My watch measured 618 calories, so not bad. Average heart rate was 130bpm. This was a very sweaty workout; challenging, but a good workout. This is the first time I tried to do a full-body this long, glad I was able to do it, but also glad you didn't make it as hard as it could have been. Nice balance here.

    Not a 1000 calories (502 active kcal) but good workout! I gave my all and it felt super intense around 67% then it got better at 80%; core destroys you by about 90% then it's smooth sailing.

    All right, I did this one today. And as I said in the past, I'm always hyped when they're new workouts from Oliver. I gotta say this one is the worst out of all the 50 minute hit Routines, but in a good way. I thought I was gonna quit but I knew it wasn't an option. But I'm gonna tell you. I probably sweat half of another person because it was so tough and I knew I was in trouble when I was 15 minutes in. My heart rate was already at 192 beats per minute. Thank you, Oliver, please more Routines like this. And also the previous one that you had released the 40 minute full body more of those videos.

    Amigo champion,I just discovered your video-routine today while I was eating my breakfast and washing the dishes haha ,and I liked much the way that you clasified the routine from the warm up until the core exercises!!! I am suffering of arthritis in my lower back and osteoarthritis in my knees ,but I'll try to add as many exercises as I can to my cardio and stretching routine and keep breathing better haha!     Since recovering from a knee injury a year now I haven't been active until one morning (about 2 weeks ago) I decided to try one of Oliver's 20min HIIT workouts....that was super intense for me. I worked my way up to 30mins then decided to try this 50min one today. Boy oh boy it was EXTREME! LOL Especially the athletic power part. I managed to complete the entire thing and i'm super proud. Thank you Oliver for helping us out with these workouts. In no time i'll be super fit and confident in my bikinis😁

    I was having a rough one this a.m., as I was initially trying to force myself to continue my regular morning workout routine. It usually consists of (like clockwork) a quick 20-minute Turbo Jam session with Charlene and God Bless her, as many times in the past she has whipped me into great shape. However, I've repeated that video to many times and know every step by heart, and ultimately, I guess just needed a different motivation! Scrolling through RUclips I found you, my brother! I was immediately sucked in with the music (as a reformed club kid) and felt my soul want to dance again and with every beat I synchronized my moves to the work and you! It was Refreshing and of course your charm, good looks and that smile helped too!!! :) I subscribed Bro and plan on seeing you tomorrow morning with another sweaty work out!
