One of the best RUclips workouts I have ever done. As a badminton player, the interval concept with short breaks in between are really useful to simulate rallies.
Hey Tiff X Dan! Thank you for sharing this workout. I wasn’t sure about the slow movements in the beginning, but as it progressed I definitely felt more stimulation in my core and abs. And then the increased intensity of the cardio was great as well. I will definitely be doing this workout again.

Day 18 done, Slow Mo abs and Fast Mo cardio equally effective, The first 20 min heart beats were slow , The final 10 mins of cardio had my heart racing 🙏

Done.. after resting for 2 days.. i feel that resting is important as wel. I completed everything except on the push up which i need to rest in between. But others just follow 45sec and 15sec rest Great job

Mega Workout! But my knee is injured so it was a bad surprise to run into full body workout %60-70 percent into training. Just rotated the first half twice.

Push ups can either feel like a break (after a TON of leg combos) or like real work -- like in this workout! Either way, great job my friend.
