    Thanks for the workout Dan! This will probably not be read, but just a small thing(tip) on the cooling down stretches: maybe an idea to start with laying down stretches so people can catch their breath after the finisher. From personal experience, it's hard to do stretches that collapse your lungs while you're in heartzone 4-5.

    Great Workout, I‘m absolutely dead! 🥵
    but I wish there had been more exercises for the upper body, ABS, back, shoulders and arms! 80% of the exercises included a variation of squats!

    Sir dan ....I don't know why ...even tho I work out properly and eat according to the calorie surplus ..i still don't gain weight because of my fast metabolism ...can you please give me any suggestions about it ....i am 17 year old but skinny ...I feel insecure about my wrist size too please help me out
