4 egg yolks
500ml heavy cream
60g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
~40g cane or turbinado sugar to torch
Method:
Mix heavy cream and vanilla extract and heat until it reaches a simmer. Remove from heat.
Whisk egg yolks with granulated sugar until it becomes pale.
Add the cream to the egg making sure to temper. Begin by adding only 1/4 of the cream while whisking vigorously. Once incorporated, slowly add the rest of the cream while continuing to whisk.
Strain mixture into ramekins and bake in bain marie (in a baking pan with about 3cm of hot water) for 50 minutes.
once done baking, remove from pan and allow to cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Once cooled, sprinkle cane sugar on top and torch. voilà. (If you don’t have a torch, you can put the ramekins in the freezer with plastic wrap for about 10-15 minutes, then top with coarse sugar and place under a boiler for a bit until the sugar crusts - but watch it, because it only takes a minute or two!).

Tells me a lot about the artist behind the work im looking at. Those are the details that make him stand out from the sea of animators on youtube.
If you binge watch all his videos. He has really focused on these aspects ive mention. What makes us have such intense reactions and feelings is how fluid his animations is leaning towards how a real person does. At times is unsettling and helps you get more into the video.
The fact i can almost actual read its lips like id do a person really impressed and freaked me out. It is very very purposely done here.

@@sayLeotardbutsayitChinese Honestly, I was disappointed. Right off the bat, I felt like No Name Man sounded like a Dragula rip-off, which put me in a skeptical position. Then the rest of the album just kinda sounded like horror game atmosphere spliced with choruses composed of simple distorted guitar riffs. There are some faster d-beats in Three with good vocals, but the majority of it is just atmosphere. If you think the heavier part makes it "a banger" then you'd probably dig shit like "Solidify" by Grip Inc. or "Demanufacture" by Fear Factory.
All that said, I could hear Papa Meat doing some tremolo picking over the blast beats on the outro of Three, which I take as a wink to the heshers. I don't know what it means. Maybe its a reference to the kind of music he would like to play if he felt like his fans would understand or enjoy it, or maybe he just doesn't have the skill yet to actually play the kind of music he really wants to play. But I am going to think of this EP as like a glimpse inside his sketch book. Not everything is original, not everything is good, not everything even makes sense, but he is working out the technical bugs when it comes to recording and producing an album, so I think we can all expect something more complex, interesting, original and polished in the future.

That’s something called unmoving plaid. It’s mostly done with complex patterns on a character’s clothing, this is most common in the show Chowder if you’ve ever watched it.
