Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Just did my first ever calisthenics workout after doing crossfit for over 8 years. Really enjoyed this, thank you. I will definitely do more of your workouts. (The headcrusher push-ups suprised me, damn).
I'm just starting shoulder rehab after a labrum reattachment and cartilage repair. Did this workout after my rehab, and although I was restricted with pushups and other upper body maneuvers, I loved this.
This is my new go to! I can literally feel my endurance going up each time I come back to it. Sometimes I’ll even just jump to the an part if I wanna focus on that for a day. Nicely done sir!

If you warmed up you will be able to complete the workout.

Wow I can't believe I did this. 38 years old here and 6 months cigarette and nicotine free cold turkey. My technique was terrible but I feel like it's been a great workout.
Another added bonus, I just realised the top of my kitchen cupboards need hoovered and cleaned after doing the 1-1/2 squat jumps. Excellent

I am coming back again to get in good shape, I am 53, this routine is well made, it was harder in the beginning now, I want this as a habit. I was able to se results after day 12 of doing almost on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing it, I am glad I came across this video!!!!

You are very good. I am doing for almost two weeks this excercise with my son(6), and is inbelievable. the skullcrusher pushups I wasn't able to do (none). my son he was able to do, after a few repetitions I am able to do almost the 30 secs..keep up the good work
I think best part is the thumbs up the dude gives between sets. I find myself giving the thumbs up to a screen too after the set 😅

I enjoyed the dogs as my two were in my face! Great workout. I had just gotten back into Jiu Jitsu good and had to have open heart surgery in May 23. This will help me with my recovery and preparation for return to the sport. I made it to 7 minutes and had to take a break. Done for good at 12 min today but I’ll be back on it tomorrow. 51 years old.

I love how the workouts are laid out, the video started and ended with light movements which were fairly easy for me especially since I am just starting, the middle part workouts are the most difficult for me, but overall amazing video I liked it 👍🏻❤️
