Go on a sport field. Sprint 50m, then crawl 25m, then frog jump 25m. Finish with 10 burpees. Take 30s rest. Repeat 10 times. It is a good start for developing athleticism.
Although I prefer lifting, calisthenics is a great way to build muscle and athleticism. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realised that after I started following my first meal plan. I got it from diet helper named Next level diet iirc. At first it was tough to eat an excessive amount of calories, but eventually I got used to it. Good diet is a game changer!!
Calisthenics is to get lean and athletic, lifting is good for volume and strength. Overall I prefer Calisthenics because it takes the body to a more balanced state.(not too big and not to small) although I mix them up.
Thank you for mentioning the levitation squat rather than pistols, I can’t do pistols due to having both meniscus’ and ACL’s done so this variation looks a lot more forgiving

Weighted pull ups dips overhead press, plyometrics, sprints and stretching will improve your athleticism
Doing your mon has worked great for me bro
Go on a sport field. Sprint 50m, then crawl 25m, then frog jump 25m. Finish with 10 burpees. Take 30s rest. Repeat 10 times. It is a good start for developing athleticism.
It would be great if Jeff did a video talking about gymnastic rings
Although I prefer lifting, calisthenics is a great way to build muscle and athleticism. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realised that after I started following my first meal plan. I got it from diet helper named Next level diet iirc. At first it was tough to eat an excessive amount of calories, but eventually I got used to it. Good diet is a game changer!!
Calisthenics is to get lean and athletic, lifting is good for volume and strength. Overall I prefer Calisthenics because it takes the body to a more balanced state.(not too big and not to small) although I mix them up.
Best fitness teacher there ever was, hands down.
I want more “best to worst” series 👌🏼
OMG calisthenics is something I want to achieve...Jeff is a fitness beast
I'm an average men: I see a new Athlean-X video - I give it a thumb up.
man*
@@stadtjer689 I am German, sorry 😅
This was a terrific list. Thank you very much
Thank you Athalean x for the forty seconds warmup for the shoulder video! Got other forty Second videos for other muscle groups?
which forty seconds warmup for the shoulder video?
Thank you for mentioning the levitation squat rather than pistols, I can’t do pistols due to having both meniscus’ and ACL’s done so this variation looks a lot more forgiving
“Jesse! I hate these transitions, can I do it my way??” Next transition he’s just randomly crouched in a vague corner. For real though, this guy is the GOAT
@Zaniyah Leia how original. You're only the 1000th person to copy that milked out joke :)
Im not the emotional type that would say this very fast, but Jeff: you truly changed my life. Thank you man
Not only master tips but top tier comedy with it.
Always a great day when you post a vid!
