This was my first barbell workout in over 6 months. What I really like is the fact you keep talking to a minimum, you just focus on discussing the technique. That combined with music that isn't too jumpy or heavy makes me love this workout! Will be back for more 👏🏼🔥

This was a great challenge. Loved how you guided me through the workout and how do-able the exercise is without strain. This is the third time I’ve returned to this video this week!
I am new to the channel and gave this one a try, I was looking for follow along workouts compatible with heavy weights - I do hiit style training but it’s not delivering the results I want, but I don’t have the capacity to do the programming myself. This really fit the bill, I found it challenging but not impossible and enjoyed the AMRAP at the end to really see how far I could push myself. I only managed half as many rounds as Tom with lower weights but it was killer for me and that’s what matters. Will be trying some of the other follow along workouts now too 👍🏻 thanks!

Hi Tom, new to your channel - it's been a long long time since I've done any proper exercise, and just getting back into it now. Think I went a little too easy on myself with the weight (only 7.5 kg including bar 🙈) but managed to keep up with no extra breaks and was only just behind you in the last session - great video, got the blood pumping and felt like it was over in no time. Will try again tomorrow with 10 kg and try to increase every few days (upper body strength was never my forte, but I used to manage close to 30 kg so will aim to get back to that!) Thanks for the easy to follow routine - I look forward to trying the others!

Great workout! Managed to get all the way to the last minute of the AMRAP before stopping. Been a while since I did weight training so went with 23KG on the barbell and it seemed pretty good. This is my new lunchbreak workout!
