    Thank you so much for actually instructing with advice on proper form. I was getting discouraged as a beginner at lifting since a lot of other workouts i come across dont have any guidance, just music. your videos are great!

    Great workout Tom! Subscribing to your channel I can really able to tell the difference between someone with real personal training experience and someone with just big arms doing random exercises
