This follow along lower body workout has 2 sections. Section A includes heavier barbell leg exercises & Section B involves light barbell exercises for legs and abs.

Good one. Did section A with 115lb and B with 95lb. The fact that there is little rest made it nice and challenging 😰

Very nice workout. Was very hard without being really horrible. I think it would be extra nice though if you repeated the instructions as to form on the second and third rounds as it is good to have a reminder :)

Sir will this workout help in developing strength and i do 30 min lower and upper workout six day a week 1 day lower and other day upper body is it good way to go . please suggest how to follow.

Just added weights to my workouts in the last month. As a beginner female, is 40lb and 30lb efficient to begin? Or will i not see results?
The weight is just relative to what you feel doable but challenging, there is no minimum 💪🏼
