  • 30 minute lower body barbell workout that you can do in your home gym only requires a barbell and plates. This is a leg workout not to miss!
    This follow along lower body workout has 2 sections. Section A includes heavier barbell leg exercises & Section B involves light barbell exercises for legs and abs.

    A1. Back Squat
    A2. Deadlift
    A3. Calf Raises

    Section B | 40:15 | 3 Rounds (I used 25kg/55lb)
    B1. Front Squat
    B2. Good Morning
    B3. Reverse Lunges

      I’m filming a separate 5min cool down that I’ll link in description. Unfortunately most people will skip a cool down on these shorter videos which will ruin the reach of the video on RUclips due to lower % watch time. Check out my 60min Barbell workouts which have everything included 👍🏼

    LOVE! I like short effective workouts because I easily get bored! Will start with this new workout and will share the results in a month or two!
    Results:
    The workout is very effective! I saw change especially in the gluts area and quads

    Leg day done. I am drown in sweat mate! I think I did work to much with my lower back though. Have to work on my form. Thanks a lot Tom! Cheers!!

    Perfect workout for legs and posterior chain, like how the heart rate stays pretty up the whole time. Awesome job

    Good one. Did section A with 115lb and B with 95lb. The fact that there is little rest made it nice and challenging 😰

    Very nice workout. Was very hard without being really horrible. I think it would be extra nice though if you repeated the instructions as to form on the second and third rounds as it is good to have a reminder :)

    Sir will this workout help in developing strength and i do 30 min lower and upper workout six day a week 1 day lower and other day upper body is it good way to go . please suggest how to follow.

    Just added weights to my workouts in the last month. As a beginner female, is 40lb and 30lb efficient to begin? Or will i not see results?

      The weight is just relative to what you feel doable but challenging, there is no minimum 💪🏼
