So, following your recommendation it is done!! My legs were burning at the end too! I’ve done calf’s with toes on spare plates to make it more challenging and used 18kg dumbbells few times on a second part! I am a cyclist with over 20 years continuous riding so got strong legs. Anyway I am still sweating 5min after finishing your workout so it was bloody good!! Cheers mate!!
Brilliant workout honestly! Covering all muscle groups, beautiful timing and great balance between explanations and silence for concentration! Really liked the tips also, straight to the point to understand all important moments to pay attention to. Definitely adding it to my list of favorite workouts. Thank you Tom!
Thanks for the great review 💪🏼
Came back to this one. Loved it as much as the first time. The toughest for me was the split squats FOLLOWING the calf raises. Feel the burn!🔥 Thanks again, Tom!
Great job!
straight to the point. Defiantly saving this
Ye no messing about with long intros 👍💪🏼
April 1st, day 1 is done. THANKS COACH TOM 😊
Well done 👏🏼
Really enjoyed this workout!! Great pace and intensity. Valued your tips on form
Thanks 💪🏼
New to your channel. Discovered this video through suggestions to the right. I loved how you gave tips like, "Don't let your knee collapse over your big toe." That's more of the kind of stuff a newbie like me needs---tips on good form to prevent injury. Definitely turned my legs to jelly. Trying to strengthen my lower body because that's my weakest, most neglected area, and all I have are dumbbells, so this was PERFECT!!! Thanks, Tom! Keep 'em coming!
Thanks Phillip, glad you appreciated the effort. Let me know how you get on with the others. Loads more to try in my Dumbbells playlist 💪
Nice lil workout to get the heart moving a bit. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it, try my latest Power Dumbbell workout also. That’s another good sweat. 💪🏼😅
Loved this workout. Thanks
Brilliant. I always find lunges hard and single leg deadlifts. Ty
RDL take a lot of practice. Keep it up
Wow, this one had me wobbly on my feet afterwards! The hardest for me was the single leg RDL. I just dont have the balance. I just switched to a normal RDL in the last set cause i spent so much time falling i wasnt getting in many reps
Ye just do what works for you 👍🏼💪🏼
Thank you so much. I really love the routine. I just found your videos you are amazing man. God bless you.
Thanks, welcome to the channel. I hope you become a regular! Check out my Dumbbells playlist try some more. Let me know how you get on 💪🏼
Great workout
Thanks Ryan 💪🏼
I combined the posterior chain with this one... and wow... Pretty intense!
Brutal mix pairing those two 😵
Done! I have some ailments in my legs so with this one I had to modify a bit more: squats etc with bodyweight only (there’s plenty…), replacing some of the moves with upper body dumbbell work, plank, stretches etc. Still convinced that I will feel my thighs tomorrow! 😂
And I would like to add that I love the pace in these workouts. Perfect for me at this time. Also the instructions are very clear.
Thanks
Well done for focusing on what you CAN do 👍🏼
ممتاز 💯🔥
My friend told me about you and I can say that your channel have the best home training workout program! You give very clear instructions and also give the weight amount.
Thank you Tom 👍👏

Thanks Vincent, glad you appreciate the effort! Keep me posted with how you’re getting on 👍
Another brutal leg workout. I feel it now and will more tomorrow.
Yt just suggested your channel to me. It's funny because the songs you use here I use on my channel as well! New sub!! These are key exercises for me, I am a long distance runner but I strength train twice a week. Great job!!
Thanks, ye all music is from YT Audio library. Copyright rules seemed a bit confusing to get it from anywhere else. Definitely a hunt to get those good tracks though! Welcome to the channel.
Definitely wobbly legs for me at the end there too! Great workout. Used 15kg for first half and some of the second, with 9kg for the rest. Thanks Tom!
Well done, getting good at these 💪🏼
Excelent
Amo tus rutinas ❤
Thanks 🙏
It’s hard as for beginner but I like the feeling of burning in my legs 💪
Ye 30min on just legs will be tough if you’re not training often. Keep it up 💪🏼
Thanks for the great workout Tom! I managed to use the same weight for whole exercise. Did it mean I use too little weight for the first round?
Yes, but still a good workout. Just to use optimal load you should probably be heavier in first section exercises.
@@TomPetoTraining Sure will add more weight on next exercise. Thanks for the advice Tom!
Harder than I thought
30min pure Legs is never going to be easy! 👏🏼💪🏼
@@TomPetoTraining those leg lunges are very hard, I can't even do 1 even with just my own body weight, I didn't knew my legs are this weak until this video, I'm doing 10,000 steps cardio everyday and I walked 760k steps so far, I thought my legs are good enough but I was so wrong, this video motivated me to work on my legs to make them strong enough so they can do more than just taking me around 😅
I am a girl. Is it correct to train with this video?
Yes, if you want well defined athletic legs 👌🏼
