This was exactly what I was looking for... a short circuit-style shoulders and bi's routine... as a finisher for a HIIT circuit. I simply did a search for "shoulder and bicep circuit".
Pretty effective! Did for the first time today, took few seconds longer breaks and could not cross 12:40 with 5KG dumbells each but I feel good enough. I will surely complete all the exercises eventually, soon.

Loved this workout! The exercises included some classics but also some new stuff I’ve never done. All of them hit the right muscle groups. I know it’s a smaller muscle but do you have any tricep focussed workouts? (I liked that triceps weren’t included in this workout but I’m wondering what new tricep exercises you can introduce me to ;) )

Been using the workout for a couple of weeks 2x per week already and I feel more confident about my arms and shoulders. It still kills me because I'm using 15lbs dumbbells. I appreciate this video and will update later on on my progress
hi tom, great and helpful workout. i'm just starting training with weights for the first time. Just did the workout with 6.5kg dumbells (total weight - 13kg). Wasn't easy! I've seen you mention elsewhere that you can work out the ideal weight based on 60% of the heaviest weight you can lift (with bicep curls) in 10 reps. Can you please clarify this and how I can find the weight I should be working with? Thanks
Every routine is different and everyone has very different strengths so generally just guess & try a routine, if you can’t finish it you’ve gone too heavy, if you can easily you’ve gone too light. Then adjust accordingly. Sounds like you got it right for this one. I’d say most of my routines can be done with 5 to 7.5kg per dumbbells for beginners and 7.5kg to 12.5kg dumbbells for advanced.
I think for rep range on this it’s more about muscle hypertrophy (growth) but you will get strength improvements alongside that. How much mass/weight you gain will be largely determined by your kcal intake
Loved the workout! Arms are definitely burning and I’ll most likely feel this tomorrow. If I had one thing to say it’d be that maybe the focus was a little too much on the biceps. If it was a little more balanced between the two groups that would be great. Still loved it
I've started my lifting journey, at least 4 times a week or more. I've used to be active in running, almost 2 miles a day. Now I want muscles. I'll do my best to update on here, love you all. My measurement are Biceps 11in Thighs 21in Calfs 13in July 4th 2023

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
It depends how strong you are. Try it with 4kg & if it’s challenging then yes you can get bigger arms with 4’s. If very easy you probably need to buy some heavier dumbbells. There are some links in description of this video to some good quality and good value dumbbells.

Even just holding them off your body to the side is enough for that exercise. Keep it up 💪🏼

Struggled not to flare my elbows on the reverse curls. A lot of love for the strict shoulder press and cross body curls. Advent challenge day 8. Done!
