I dont know why people don’t understand the exercises are the same . They should know more about diet …. Food food that gives power to workout … workout that breaks and increase the muscle
Recommended would be 3 sets but if you can do 2 sets that would be fine too. you can also increase the time limit of the exercises. This completely depends on the level you are on.
