      I felt the same way! As soon as he started the cool down, I looked up his 5-minute ab workout, did that, and then finished the cool down. Great way to maximise the session 👌

    Gracias por su rutina de entrenamiento, me dejó tiritando los brazos 😂, yo sabía que no soy muy fuerte en tren superior (siempre hago entreno de fuerza en tren inferior y sus rutinas de cardio que queman 1000 calorías), pero saber que a Ud. También le cuesta un poco me hace sentir que soy humana igual que Ud. Gracias.🎉😊 rutina terminada.

    Merci Prof! J’en ai chie mais ça vallait le coup! D’ailleurs je tenais à te dire que je préfère les sessions où tu parles , c’est plus personnel et on a les subtilités des mouvements à faire . Ça serait super de faire d’autres de la même manière ! Autre demande : peux tu faire des mix hiit dumbell de 50 min 1000 calories stp? Encore merci !
