I love this workout. One minute you feel like your heart is jumping out of your chest the next minute a low impact one follows. Another reason I love it it's be. Coz it has no burpees. Those monsters drain me. Nice workout as always and thank you for always giving us the best. Much love from 🇰🇪

I love Oliver’s workouts and I have been doing workouts on RUclips for almost 10 years with so many channels. His contents are getting better and better everyday. Workouts basically are all the same moves but they add musics, they change the orders, they compile them and that made the workouts all new and fresh again.
