Absolutely, this was a deadly workout. I've not HIIT workout for a long time, but I can finish. I'm not burning 1000 calories but, for the first time, I can burn 423 calories at home.

Nice, clear, fun and varied workout, thanks for sharing it! But I would not call this a high intensity workout, my HR did not go higher than 145 bpm, and I burned only 267 calories. According to my watch, this was a recovery training for me.

Nice comprehensive workout, I enjoyed it, thanks. Just to clarify the *slightly* misleading title: there is no way anyone will burn more than 400 calories doing this. My Garmin said 380cals in total (not to mention active calories which will be lower), and I am not really in shape

And about calories, I burned only 299, but it's clear that it depends on the level of fitness, etc.

@@expensivitys the description of the video says that the workout burns 1000 calories, but after i did that with my fitness bracelet it burned only 299 calories. but of course the size of burned calories depends on ur level in workouts, for example, if this workout will do the person that never did something like this before - he would burn more calories than person which do workouts for long time

@@MalenaPistani`m 175 tall and 62 weight, i tried many methods for losing weight but in final result i just let my body do whatever it`s want and eat everything, just don`t eat many sweets and drink more water. And about deficit of calories - it`s not a good idea, maybe for people who want to gain muscles it`s important, but for others - i don`t think it`s good. In some period of my life i ate 3 banana in one day, 3 apples in second and did 1 hours cardio + walking outside for like 10-15 thousand steps, but then, when i stopped this thing i realised that i have some problems with health(lost periods, lost some hair, had bad acne and my stomach hurted so bad), so i guess you should try some healthy methods and just love your body 🫶

Wasn't feeling like it today but i did it and it was fun . Glad that i did it bcz ive been working so much to lose 10kgs and im here to lose more and feel confident ( already confident but want to be the best version of my self)
