    I'm 49 years old I never imagined that after eight years without going to the gym. I would have the stamina to train at the same pace as you. I'm very happy to be able to do it, I'm loving training with you, many are already noticing that I've lost weight, and I'm feeling so good. I'm loving your workouts ❤️☺️

    This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

    Haven’t sweated while working out in a long time! I needed it! I’m 61 and a little out of shape but I was able to keep up about 90 % of the time. Those squat/ jumping jacks killed me but I’ll get there! Gratitude 🙏

    포기하지않아서 너무 기분이 좋습니다.
    층간소음때문에 뛰는 운동은
    조심스러워서 아쉽지만 다른방법으로

      I wasn't sure why you only did 30 mins of a workout until I did this workout. I was able to finish it but I love how it progressed into 3 rounds.

I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results.
