A nice long video with no jumping that I’m sure my downstairs neighbours will appreciate. 😊. Not as hard as the others but it’s okay I just added a couple of your ab videos ❤. I would love to have a week of longer like 30 min workouts for abs, arms, legs, butt, etc so I could rotate them with a hiit to get a routine going

This is just perfect for me, I get sores the next day 😅 as I havent been working for a long time. I splitted this workout into 3 evenings as I can only spare 15mins after I do my chores when came home from work. I love it!
