    This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

    So good I will be recommending this to all the beginners it’s easy to follow along and has great music and the stretching at the end feels so complete and I be adding to my list .

    okay, i'm actually doing this in my office ---- okay, you got me up and actually doing this workout (because I am a beginner) in my office..... It wasnt hard at all and surprisingly, i was able to complete it -- a lil winded but "I MADE IT" the time flew by ----- Thank you ever so much! 👏😅

    A nice long video with no jumping that I’m sure my downstairs neighbours will appreciate. 😊. Not as hard as the others but it’s okay I just added a couple of your ab videos ❤. I would love to have a week of longer like 30 min workouts for abs, arms, legs, butt, etc so I could rotate them with a hiit to get a routine going

    Wow! This is a perfect workout! It's beginner friendly, but you're still gonna sweat like crazy! And the music is top notch.

    층간소음 걱정없는 운동이네요 오늘 해야지 동작을 확실하게 따라하지 않으면 제대로 운동 안될 거 같으니까 하나하나 확실하게 동작 나오게 해야 될 듯 이거 엄청 땀 날 거 같아요ㅋㅋ

    This is just perfect for me, I get sores the next day 😅 as I havent been working for a long time. I splitted this workout into 3 evenings as I can only spare 15mins after I do my chores when came home from work. I love it!
