Oh my god, the exercice betwen 12 and 13 minute je souhaite hard😢 je n' ai pas eu assez de force pour le faire.... Mais exercices qui font travailler autant les jambes les bras et les abdos, très complet 감사압니다 Portez vous bien🤩
Wow I was way to cocky tried to do a 50 min hiit and then this workout. That’s the goal a hiit workout then a specialty area but man I was too ambitious. I love that it was a non repeat and that it did some different exercises but the reverse exercises near the end are mean. Lol. I loved it ❤😂🎉
