    After following RYO and allblanc’s shortsfor a while now I HAVE FINALLY got around to your workouts. after my stairs and tread, This is my first one. PERFECT thanks guys. I feel great. I really love how y’all talk too while doing exercise it’s like I’m with friends in same room instead of alone. 🥰

    I usually do exercises by following the 5 minute abs everning video clip on this channel. Today I want to exercise longer. I found this clip to be very good. Thank you for making daily exercise more enjoyable. Thanawat From Bangkok 🇹🇭
