Losing weight is related to food, exercise supports it. If you decrease or stop eating carbs (carbohydrates) e.eg.potatoes, rice, roti, pasta, chick peas, beans, fried food, sweets/sweet treats (cakes), soda and fruit juices. Cut down fruit (fructose) - all these food types turn to fat, these are the food that we enjoy too!. Try this for a week and you will notice some difference, cut all carbs for a week you will notice greater difference. Try to eat meat, fish and vegetables (non carb) for a week, Further info look up low GI diet and Keto. Good look.

God damn it!! i need to work on my arm strength to be able to hold on a side plank and work out!!! i modified the last 3 exercises as the guy kept saying dont give up every single time I felt like doing so !! great one! dont quit: MODIFY!
