    I really love this workout!! The workout was planned perfectly and I managed to sweat a lot. Also, the interaction between you guys make me feel like I am working out with friends which is just great. I don't feel lonely at all. LOVED IT SO SO MUCH!!!! 💖💖💖

    I believe I can fly too! Great workout... the 1st 10 minutes was rough...but after pushing... I made it to the end non-stop. Thanks again for a great workout.

    Love the workout sessions. Considering I’ve crossed into my 6th decade and I work out with a personal trainer for core strength training, I find the need to keep fit even doubly important as one gets older. It’s also hard to find motivation when one trains by themselves so that one does not get bored with the same routines day in and day out. My trainer who works for a large Montreal (Canada) training outfit has approved your training routine for me to do, the 3 days that I don’t train with her. Thank you for the videos and keep them coming.

    Don’t underestimate this routine. This is a great LISS aerobic workout that will burn fat stores instead of carbs. Good job guys!

    First time working out with this group of guys and I honestly didn’t expect to feel much but I was happily surprised. I added the wrist weights and their banter kept me entertained. I also added one of the 8 minute ab workouts at the end and I feel great! Thanks guys, I’m looking forward to trying more of your workouts.

    올블랑 보면서 운동한 지 거의 50일이 지났는데 생각보다 좋습니다!
    예상했던 성과
    1. 온라인 체스 승률 5% 증가(운동을 시작한 목적 중 하나)(3% 늘어도 대단한 업적입니다)
    2. 체중 3kg 증가(마른 게 콤플렉스라서 하루에 다섯 끼도 먹어 본 사람이니 괜찮습니다)
    3. 수면의 질 향상
    4. 공부의 능률이 증가
    뜻밖의 성과
    1. 최고음정이 한음 높아짐(근력 증가 때문으로 추정)
    2. 피부가 좋아짐(땀을 많이 흘렸기 때문으로 추정)
    3. 아침에 침대를 벗어나는 데 걸리는 시간 10분 단축(수면의 질 향상 때문으로 추정)
    4. 정신 건강이 좋아짐(신체가 건강해졌기 때문으로 추정)

    I seriously love y’all’s workout. I burn around 300 to 400 calories in 30-40 min. I thank you guys so much for making this accesible to people like me. Totally recommend any of their workouts 💪🏼

      @@MarianaRodriguez-mm8kj it depends on how intense you do the workouts I believe. If I half ass the workout I’ll burn less. Honestly I just randomly choose workouts everyday but I find myself choosing their home walking workouts.

    my friend and i watch this video literally everyday and work out on facetime! we’ve been doing it for months and have lost some weight. this video always has us sweating! 😄 it’s always fun working out with you guys ❤️ was 310 pounds now i’m 274 :)

    This exercise is best suited for office workout during the Mid-Day, it is simple, easy to learn and doe not require mat, keep at it!

    Just did that workout after you posted it this morning. And I can say that this is the funniest one so far. I think it's because of the lower body exercises James made us do but I had a blast doing it.
    Definitely part of my favorite ones.

    Most of the workouts james did r very good for focus and mind control. For someone like me who is clumsy and don't have hand eye or leg coordination it helps to be more focussed. I could do most them without missing a beat.

      That happened to me when I started working out after a long period of time, I couldn't control my movements completely throughout the workout. You gotta keep practicing but keep in mind that you have to make your body parts stay in a certain position ( which makes the exercise harder ) . It's gonna get better as soon as you get used to practicing the right way.

    Best workout ever. I am feeling the muscle pain the next morning. Good pain but will remember to do a pre-warm up before I do this again. I have weak lower body. This will help strengthen it. Thank you Oppa❤️❤️❤️ until next workout session. Take care and stay safe❤️❤️❤️
