    As I moved to a different country, I lost my spanish trainer who was wonderful and motivating. I was the fittest in my life for so many years, and I had lost interest in working for the past three years. I had tried multiple paid plans and gave up in between. You give me my spanish trainer vibes as most of the reps and consistency are similar. I've been enjoying your channel for the past week. I hope that I can keep it up and get back to my old ideal shape and weight. Thank you so much for this workout, and I hope I will not lose my motivation to achieve the best version of me this time.     One of the most challenging 40-50 min mashups and I've tried almost all of them. It's like I've been thrown a bucket of water! Feeling much stronger after doing most of your long workouts for 1.5 months now.

      I agree at all. At first I expected just a warmed up workout, but in no way a hard one😱Really hot even I’ve done so much 40 minutes workouts

    Been with you a month 3--4 times a week. Feel amazing. Thought I would challenge myself today and this is the first one I couldn't finish. I'm pouring sweat with huge smile on my face. I can't wait to try again. Maybe in another month;).

    I love this workout its my favorite 50min one!! Im dripping sweat!! Ive been doing your workouts for 6weeks now and the results are amazing!! I do 2 50mins mash ups a week 1 30min amd 2 20mins its all manageable and doable. I do them all in my bedrrom before I start my busy day. I would like more 50mins mash up videos please!¡!😊😊😊😊

    I keep working out cardio for 20 30 min but this is first time i work out for 50 min i feel like I'm olay not tired 💪 thx oliver

      😅 we did it all the way though. No I didn't. Loving this though. I have arthrisis so I can't do the burpes or any that he uses his hands for like dog dogs etc but I just jump about doing something else at that time.

    That 2nd round was evil. Burpees immediately followed by push ups? And being as long as rounds 1 & 3 combined? Sheesh.

    Second half of this picks up a bit but it’s def not a 1000 calorie workout - I know everyone’s different but my HRM clocked 680 cals
