    The first day I did it after 8 years of not exercising, it felt like my knees were going to break, 😂But I'm really happy because I can sweat, the movements are easy to follow and I will repeat them every day to exercise, thank you both for setting an example Hopefully you will be more successful and happy, greetings from Indonesia ❤❤❤

    Another great 30 minutes workout! Love this! Would love to see more higher intense moves followed by a lower impact move to give us just a bit of breathing time before hitting the high intense moves again. Keep them coming :) .

    La hice 17 - 3 - 24.Con calor. Si ficiera frío cuesta calentar. Igual es hermosisima rutina para repetir en esas condiciones. Ok ok

    Just to add my two cents for anyone who works out consistently this workout is not very challenging. Too slow paced and a few wasted movements that do not keep your heart rate up.I would look elsewhere for a tougher workout
