Another great 30 minutes workout! Love this! Would love to see more higher intense moves followed by a lower impact move to give us just a bit of breathing time before hitting the high intense moves again. Keep them coming :) .

Just to add my two cents for anyone who works out consistently this workout is not very challenging. Too slow paced and a few wasted movements that do not keep your heart rate up.I would look elsewhere for a tougher workout
