I find lunges challenging and love the squats so you guys thought of combining those two in this one :P I didn't even think about it as it went by so fast. Thank you for serving the community! I’ve done the entire 21 day challenge and the 14 day summer program..and when I tell you this was THE hardest and most challenging!! I’m definitely missing out on the tabata. I had no idea what i was getting myself into 😅
