Perfect workout after doing one of your 30 minute cardio workouts. I only used 3 lb dumbbells due to a shoulder injury but knew I had to get back into some light weights to improve chicken arms lol! Just right and will keep looking for this workout to help strengthen my arms! Thanks again!!
