I use 3 kg dumbbells.
I use 5, 8 and 10 depending on the exercise. Whichever I can do challenging myself while maintaining good form.

Loved this workout I used 4kg with it being the first one , could have gone heavier on some of them my max is 6kg atm not bad for 60 💪🏼
