Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. Impressive burn! So I had a rough night at work-lists of crisis management. I was just too exhausted to do more but due to my commitment to consistent workout I thought, I can do 15 min. This was a workout and once I started I did well. I was amazed at the good burn!!! Thanks BurpeeGirl! I would be good with new 15 min knee friendly workouts but I am also good with what is there already❤
