- This follow along 30 minute Barbell Workout has 3 sections and finishes with a great barbell complex that you can do at home. All the barbell exercises within this workout come with technique tips for optimal results.

Did this twice this week. I had to scaled the weight down on my second session. From 30lb barbell to 25lb barbell. For me it’s Very effective and efficient workout. Enjoyed the voice over. Great Job!

Thanks for this workout! I’ve been so unmotivated and this kept me going. I only did 10.5kg for the first and last sections and then 8kg for the second. I got three rounds in for the last one and I’m sweating like a pig!

I've never been able to finish this video until now, I got a new big space to exercise in and I finally got to do your exercises correctly! My legs went limp afterwards, I love it! :D

Thank you so much! loved it! i'm still new to all of this ,i've been doing it for a while and it feels good. i was wondering what can i get as a pre workout and post workout, i'm trying to gain muscles at the same time losing fat.
Keep you protein high whilst maintaining a consistent moderate kcal deficit alongside regular strength workouts (like these ones) & that will help you towards your goals. Pre workout if you mean supplements anything with caffeine is the only real ingredient that helps so even a strong coffee would do, I like the NOCCO or Tenzing caffeine + BCAA drinks. Post workout you could have a protein shake & banana but if your goal is fat loss probably just wait to eat until your next usual meal slot.

@@TomPetoTraining I really liked your explanation during the training. I personally like to follow a training program of 7 or 14 days, for example, instead of always a separate training. This may be different types of training such as dumbells, kettlebelt, resistance bands, barbell. And then upper body, lower body, total body.

Whoa! Good one, band new to weights, and this was easy to follow for me a beginner, and when I say beginner I mean just used the bar 🤭 but it was enough. I will definitely be doing this again, I only completed 3 of the 5. I was pretty impressed with my self 😅

Thanks for making this killer barbell workout vid, mate! I've been doing it for 3 weeks now (1-2 rest day per week & increasing the weight gradually for progressive overload), and I definitely see some progress! I think it would be nicer if you add images showing what muscle group(s) used in each exercise (or voice over), so we're more conscious on our mind-muscle connection and get the most out of the workout session. After completing this i usually do isolation exercises that target a specific muscle group for around 20-30 min

Thanks Leilani, some of these workouts are brutal for me also. You can always go a bit lighter if needed. Keep it up and the body will adapt 💪🏼
2 rounds, first time, I’m used to use bodyweight only, man, with barbell it’s more challenging

2 circuits in and I'm starting to get sore with light weight.. i pause the video to read the comments... I'm going to do a total of 3 circuits and call it... Definitely saved this to repeat the workout
Ye take your time building into it and pause for extra rests. Great goal to finish whole thing after a few repeated efforts 👍💪🏼

Good idea, I have a couple of Dumbbell arm follow alongs but could put a barbell one together at some point. My E-Books (coming out) in May 2022 have a few barbell arm exercises so can mix some of those together into a short follow along.
