Tom I've been doing this workout and the related lower body workout on repeat for the past few months and I gotta say I'm a huge fan. Really noticing some BIG results now. For anyone looking for modifications I added a bench and rack to my setup so I do proper bench press instead of floor press. I didn't like the mount and dismount of the barbell off the floor. No safety if you drop the weight. I also found the bent over row too hard on my lower back so I attached some exercise bands to my rack and do a more traditional row instead. Also, you're a long stronger than me if you are doing those leg raises while holding the barbell above your head! Y'all are crazy Keep it up!
I started my fitness journey last week and started weights 3 days ago did your 20 min barbell workout on day 1 and day 2 but my hamstrings were killing me today and found this upper body video and completed this today instead, my upper body feels so pumped especially my biceps I found the bb rollout so hard looking forward to tomorrow already great video thank you

Ye minimum bar weight can be an issue on those, just do as many as possible in the time given. No probs if you need breaks or have an extra bit of rest time 👍🏼💪🏼
Is it okay if I can only lift 13kgs? I’m a beginner, skinny fat and have little to no upper body muscle. However, I think my legs are fine since I often walk and jog so I am kind of focusing on my upper body first.
I really like your workouts, quiet music and not too much talking but there's one thing I really hate - I need to watch a separate warm up video every time I watch these, and switching between tabs is quite annoying. I wish you had a warm up and warm down with every follow along workout - that would be really great. I mean what kind of monster doesn't warm up and warm down before and after a good workout? Great videos in general, even though I like no nonsense, straight in approach I wish it had like 20 seconds intro to prepare - quick overview of the routine to do - while I grab my glass of water haha. Doing a second week of barbell routine, enjoying it a lot, although I wish warm ups were integrated before every good session! Best of luck with your channel, excellent content!

Overhead Press is my Nemesis 🥵🤣 20kilo max 10 OH press. I could probably do 12 but I wuss out every time 😔

Any weight is fine, what ever allows you to best perform the exercises correctly. Keep it up and the upper body strength will improve each week 👍🏼💪🏼

Ye any overhead pressing movement is fine. Seated Shoulder Press, Z Press, Try a wider stance strict press. Keep it up 💪🏼
