- Follow along with me for this 30 minute upper body dumbbell workout at home or in the gym.
This upper body workout starts with some push pull supersets focusing on larger compound dumbbell exercises you can do at home with no bench. Section 2 moves onto more isolation exercises including some lighter dumbbell supersets for arms and abs.

I returned to this one today - and brought a friend! I work out with a friend every morning - who lives far away so we talk over the phone while watching and doing the same workout video. Then when we are done I usually lift - which as you know includes your vidoes often. She wanted to add in weigh lifting to what we were doing so I introduced her to you this morning as well. Just wanted you to know she loved your video - she liked the pacing of it especially. Hopefully you will have a new subbie soon.

Ye switch the weights around during the workout as much as you like. What ever helps you to feel the target muscles working and keep it looking like the demo’s.

I have a few wrist issues from my gymnastic days so they are wrist straps to help support them.

Hi Tom, thanks for another great workout, I did enjoy it a lot. I could pick slightly heavier dumbbells for the first part, 15kg each was slightly to easy, it seams I did progressed :-) second part 8kg give a good burn especially, 3 round. I’ll go slightly heavier when will repeat it! Cheers dude!! Keep the hard work!!
