I returned to this one today - and brought a friend! I work out with a friend every morning - who lives far away so we talk over the phone while watching and doing the same workout video. Then when we are done I usually lift - which as you know includes your vidoes often. She wanted to add in weigh lifting to what we were doing so I introduced her to you this morning as well. Another great workout! Did 15lb/1 10lb/2 and found that was a good start. The alternate lateral/frontal raises were pretty tough along with the Zottoman curl. Good job!
Enjoy section two more & L raises & skull crushers r good. Will be looking forward to the premiere on the 19th & the interactive map is fantastic. It’s a big help for the program

Ye switch the weights around during the workout as much as you like. What ever helps you to feel the target muscles working and keep it looking like the demo’s.

Hi Tom, thanks for another great workout, I did enjoy it a lot. I could pick slightly heavier dumbbells for the first part, 15kg each was slightly to easy, it seams I did progressed :-) second part 8kg give a good burn especially, 3 round. I’ll go slightly heavier when will repeat it! Cheers dude!! Keep the hard work!!

I have a few wrist issues from my gymnastic days so they are wrist straps to help support them.
